• We ship exclusively with Swiss Post within Switzerland
• Delivery time: 1-3 business days after payment is received
• Order cut-off (same-day shipping for instant payment methods):
  • Mon–Fri by 3 p.m.
  • Sat by 10 a.m.
• Shipping costs:
  • Flat-rate shipping: 8 CHF
  • Free shipping from 100 CHF

Once we have handed your parcel to Swiss Post, you will receive an email from us with the tracking number. You can track your shipment directly on the Swiss Post website: Track shipment on post.ch

Payment

We offer the following payment methods:

• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
• PayPal
• PostFinance
• Prepayment by bank transfer

With the prepayment option, you pay for your order in advance. You will receive the bank details by email. Once your payment has been received, your order will be shipped.
